Lincoln Robert Cervantes Memorial Fund
Lincoln Robert Cervantes was born into this world early at 22 weeks on August 1, 2025 to Jake and Katherine Cervantes. Lincoln passed away shortly after birth but knew nothing but love. Jake and Katherine established this memorial fund to keep Lincoln’s memory alive. The memorial fund was established to help other families lessen the financial burden of infant burial and lay their child to rest at Sunnyside Cemetery.
“There is no footprint too small to leave an imprint on this earth.”
~ Jake & Katherine Cervantes
If you have experienced the loss of a child and would like to apply for these funds to help offset the cost of burial, please contact Sexton, Amy Martin, for further details. Funds are currently only available for casket and cremation burials of children 2 years of age and younger. Free, donated Lots are also available for these burials in our baby sections or families can choose to purchase a Lot in any of the main areas of the cemetery. No future additional burials of family members can take place on any Lot in our baby sections. Families are allowed to purchase a headstone for donated Lots, in accordance with cemetery Bylaws and policies.
For children ages 3 years old and older, families can purchase a Lot in any area of the main cemetery. Prices for these Lots range from $850 to $1700, based on location and style. These Lots offer the family the opportunity to all be buried together in the same area in the future. All cemetery Bylaws and policies that apply to traditional Lots will apply to these Lots, as well.
“A life need not be long lived, for it to have been meaningful.”
